A first line of support for your employees or customers, operating on your ticketing system to targets agreed in the scope.

Short advisory engagements where an assessment is needed before budget is committed: systems review, vendor evaluation, process documentation and scoping.

Who we are
Onpoint11 Solutions is an independent IT consultancy based in Punjab, India. For anything in this notice, including a request or a complaint about how we have handled your information, write to info@onpoint11solutions.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- Enquiries. Your name, company, email address and whatever you write in your message.
- Job applications. Your CV and anything it contains, together with the contact details you send with it.
This website has no contact form that submits to a server. Pressing Send enquiry opens your own email application with the message prepared — nothing reaches us until you send it yourself.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details, identity documents or government identification numbers through this website or by email.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
Typefaces are system fonts. Nothing on the site is served by a third party.
What we use it for
Enquiries are used to reply to you and to discuss the work. Applications are used to assess you for the role you applied for. We do not use either for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who sees it
Only people in the business who need it for the purpose above. Our email is handled by a third-party email provider, so your message is stored on their systems in the ordinary course. Beyond that we disclose information only where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given. If you ask us to delete what you have sent, we will, unless we are required to keep it by law.
Your choices
Email info@onpoint11solutions.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Use the same address to raise a grievance about how we have handled it, and we will respond.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect what you send us. Email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not send sensitive personal information or documents you would not want read in transit.
